A 7-minute daily stretching app
Tech neck?
Stand tall with a turtle.
Shellog makes stretching an easy habit for busy days. Seven minutes is enough, at your desk or before bed, and two photos once a week let AI show your posture change as a score.

Nice to meet you, I'm Scute
Stretching, made simple. Try it yourself.
Shellog is built so anyone can do it, anywhere, anytime. Short classes wake up a stiff neck and shoulders, and every day you show up fills Scute's shell.
Chin Tuck Basics · 1/7

Chin Tuck
Eyes forward. Slide your chin back and lengthen the back of your neck.
Next: Back of Neck Stretch

Neck, shoulder and pelvis series
Every class is 7 minutes, built from moves like Chin Tuck, Wall Angels and Chest Opener that you can follow right beside your chair. The pelvis series is coming soon.

Streaks and shell plates
Your first activity of the day adds a plate to Scute's shell. An activity calendar and a timelapse of your progress photos make consistency easy to see.

Weekly posture check-in
Two photos, front and side, in one minute. AI shows your posture score and the change since last week, then picks your next series.
Friends' turtles, one pond
Your friends' turtles live in your home pond. Cheer each other on with a poke, and see who added the most plates this week.
- Invite with a 6-character code
- Friends who enter your pond code show up in your home pond. Each pond fits you plus five friends.
- Cheer with a poke
- Poke a friend's turtle and a hello shows up on their home screen. You can see each other's posture in the turtles, too.
- Most plates wins. Gold lily pad for #1
- We count the days you showed up this week, not posture scores. It wraps up Sunday night, and the top turtle gets a gold lily pad next week.
